Acceptance
By accessing or using ColorDice (this "site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site.
The service
ColorDice provides free browser-based tools that generate random colors, including a color dice, a random color generator and a color spinner wheel. The tools run entirely on your device and produce results using your browser's random number generation. We aim for the tools to be available at all times, but the site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
Fair use of the tools
You may use the tools freely for personal, educational and commercial purposes. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, overload it with automated traffic, scrape it at scale, or use it in any way that violates applicable law. No account is offered, and accordingly no account-related conduct rules apply.
Randomness and accuracy
Results are random by design. We make no guarantee that any particular color will appear within any number of rolls or spins, and statistical patterns over a small number of draws are normal. HEX and RGB values are displayed for convenience and are accurate to the color shown, but we recommend verifying critical color values (for example for print production) with a professional color tool.
Local data and advertising
The site stores a dice roll tally in your browser's local storage; clearing your browser data removes it. Advertising, including Google AdSense, may use cookies as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of the site is also governed by that policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ColorDice and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site — including decisions made on the basis of randomly generated colors.
Changes
We may update these terms or modify the site at any time. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
